That way les stimms needed, no insulin crashing mid workout. 72h prior is very important, pre wo meal not really...@twinmommyof03 if I ever train night time, min 2h out last meal and still fat and prot only. Body adapts very quickly to carb timing and i don't crash through the day. I'd recommend all try it at least once as proper insulin sensivity is rare on this continent nowadays..😠with all the shit they put in our.food

My breakfast this morning along with my 2nd and 3rd meals of my day. My mood and work performance is literally night and day difference when I prep my food versus when I don't. Breakfast is vital when it comes to awakening your body's metabolic state. We all want to burn more than we store, but with burning "more", comes healthy meals throughout the day. Try to strategically eat every 2-3 hours and put emphasis on lean high protein foods, complex carbs (vs' simple sugars), and always get in your good fats. Most important meal of the day➡️ post workout! Why...? Because as you are training you are putting your body through numerous amounts of stress (should be) and this leaves your body yearning for you to replace the fuel (proteins, carbs, fats, calories, etc...). Second most important meal should be your PRE-workout. The phase important because in order for you to have total control over mind and body during training you have to be properly fueled up. And finally to everyone who does participate in daily/weekly workouts, breakfast is the 3rd most important, which I stated above. Now why do most people consider breakfast the most important??
