Hi! Just getting back from the gym with a little shoulder session. In the last 3 weeks I've been to cross fit 3 times and had 1 soccer scrimmage. That's it! I manage to stay as lean as much as I can trough proper healthy nutrition. But I miss the tight and swollen feeling on my muscles after lifting. Now Fall is coming and I must prepare for soccer season; build up my stamina. Thank u for the messages and I hope you are all doing well. Xoxo

I used an online trainer so she gave me my workouts. It helped my get to the stage but now I have real motivation from other to keep pushing in the gym. In 2011- I was working out, but my food was not always clean. And when my daughter was visiting her Dad on the weekends, I was living la vida Loca. 🎵🎶All day, all night, Johnny la gente esta muy Loca!" 🎶🎵yeah . Team no sleep. But I got tired of it, and I preferred cuddling on the couch with (name here) and watching tv. I started to stick more to my clean diet, getting lots of sleep, and weight training of course. I miss my friends, but I respect the fact that they still enjoying partying and drinking. It's just not my thing anymore. I did it because when I was in a relationshit, I had no social life. No free time for myself. It was all about his friends, his hobbies, him him him. 👎👎💩💩 and once I went single I started to have my own friends and my own fun! Now I still go out but only on special occasions. I love my bed by 9pm. 😌 And telenovelas!☝/// 🇪🇸🇪🇸en el 2011 estaba entrenando, pero mi alimentación no fue siempre limpia. Y cuando mi hija visitaba a su padre los findes, yo estaba viviendo la vida Loca. Mucha fiesta y nada de dormir! Pero me cansé de eso, y preferí quedarme en el sofá con (nombre aquí) y viendo tele.. Empece una dieta limpia, empece a dormir y descansar mucho, y por supuesto entrenando con pesas. Echo de menos mis amistades, pero respeto el hecho de que ellos aun quieren seguir viviendo esa vida. Disfrutando la fiestas y bebiendo..yo lo hacia x q cuando yo estaba en una relación de mierda, no tenia vida social. Todo se trataba de el y sus amigos, sus hobbies, el, el, el!👎👎💩💩 y una vez q quede soltera (yupiiiii) empecé a tener mis propias amistades y mi propia diversión! Ahora todavía salgo de fiesta, pero sólo en ocasiones especiales (q no son muchas). Me encanta estar en cama a las 9 de la noche!😌 y mis telenovelas! ☝

I don't really like to post photos of myself non fitness related here, I do that in my personal account, but I want to point something out to you. The picture on the left was me last night, the picture on the right, is me this morning. My neighbor saw me riding my longboard and said "I didn't recognize you! You look like a teenager!" I will take that as a compliment. I get that ALL the time from friends and family whenever I'm in casual attire. My friends say I age like fine wine. I honestly think I age well because I treat my body right. I eat clean, I exercise, I do active sports (soccer, volleyball, longboard, tennis, etc) I actually look and feel better now than I did in my early 20s when I was in a shitty relationshit; then went single and partied my arse off. Now going out to party is only for special occasions. I'm happy, I'm healthy and keep only positive people in my life. Negative people drain you, positive people who actually like you in our life make you glow! All that combined makes a very big difference on how well you age! Age is just a number. Now if the Lord would just put @pabloalboranmalaga in my life I would be golden! 😍Hahahahaha cheers! Happy Sunday!

Another home work out today. 15 min killer HIIT @zuzkalight ZWOW #51 Stretch and Tone workout. I watched her video first and thought, "Whoa , I dont know if I will keep up with her." but I did! The last 100 mountain climbers were just killer. I had sweat dripping down my face and my arms were burning. Oh and the air squats had my legs shaking during the second round. Good morning! Started off today with some healthy PROTEIN PANCAKES. Ingredients: 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 1/4 scoop full of my vanilla isolated whey protein powder, 1/4 cup of gluten free rolled oats, 1/4 cup of water, and some ground cinnamon. Blend in food processor. Makes about 2 pancakes. Then I melted some blueberries and strawberries to add them on top!

Just spent about an hour preparing and planning my meals and juicing drinks for the next few days to get back on track. Yes I indulged during my holiday break! I miss my family and I enjoyed our holiday dinners but I'm glad to be back home and back to a gluten free pantry. 😉oh yeah and now I gotta train my body to get back on my usual sleeping hours!
