Fired up the grill for #CookClub's Best of Vermont Burger. Few changes: Don't do red onion so I used broccoli slaw instead with the apple and dressing; really nice crunch. Also improvised sauce with yogurt + mustard. Amazing buns from @Publix. Loved this one! Recipe at tampabay.com/cooking.

Very cool shop in Old Town Alexandria, Va called The Hour sells vintage cocktail sets and shakers from 1920-1970. Priced mostly at $100+ for a set of four makes me think #cookclub needs to raid our parents liquor cabinets!

Just playing with #cookclub Focaccia recipe. Meal in one with appetizer spinach, entree egg and peaches dessert. It would have been better with fewer on the pan for baking.

#Cookclub I wanted to make this for dinner so I added cheese and pepperoni. I infused thyme, oregano, rosemary, and basil into the oil before I added it to the flour and water. The crust has the spices in it making it more flavorful.

Hey Lisa: This is how #cookclub Focaccia starts for me : frozen yeast roll dough thawing on a pan covered with olive oil. In a couple of hours I'll knead them in the olive oil and stretch each one for these mini treats.

For this Cherry Tomato Mini Focaccia #cookclub using yeast rolls for the crust and substituted oregano for rosemary and topped some with spinach Baked them for 11 minutes. Using frozen dough saved time too.

mimiandelman : It looks great! I will try this one -- mu oven is still screwy but I have a really good toaster/convection oven.
amber__mcdonald : @mimiandelman we don't have a working oven either! One of the ways I had to improvise so we used our trusty toaster oven and it's still really good!!
amber__mcdonald : @janetkeeler we don't have and oven (see above comment) so I had to split the dough into two 8x8s. I was also on a time crunch so only let it rise for a half hour in bowl and half hour in baking sheet. Also used all purpose flour instead of bread flour. It turned out delish!!
