In a good way haha ๐Ÿ˜ Today I did this for time instead of focusing on reps. I set a timer and did the thang. Sometimes we have to get away from counting reps, it causes us to focus more on the countdown (quantity over quality) than actually making sure we pump out good quality reps. 1 min with 30 secs rest for 5 rounds.
