I have kind of a stupid question haha sorry but I weight 110 and ive been doing ab exercises everyday for 2 months straight and I only started eating healthy a month ago, I do have like a little pouch im trying to get rid of the fat first before I get abs but it feels like im not making any changes :/ I only have like side obliques but thats it :/
But do you think its cause im not eating enough protein? Or do I need to exercise harder?
@kaamilaa abs are made in the kitchen! You need to be eating a 90% clean diet to really see them pop through!
