Homemade winter warmer. Asian style lobster bisque. Chilli, ginger, garlic, star anise, shaohsing rice wine, rice vinegar, stock, roasted tomatoes, sautéed leeks, shallots and all the lobster shell, legs and bits. Dash of whisky for smokey depth and soy for seasoning. Triple strained and served with the claw meat and tail medallions. P.s. Made with one Lidl frozen Nova Scotia lobster... £8 winner!
