Tonight's feature was collected by our contributor, Basia @basia_pro. #MobileArtistry is creative edits, beautiful images, unique perspectives, stellar shots, and happy accidents. IE, stuff you won't find on the pop page. Through this ongoing project we hope to expose people to art and artists they may not normally get to see, learn about one another's process, and encourage each other to push the limits of creativity. For the fastest reply, direct your questions to our admins, @computerjones, @momma2maxh & @yifatash. Thank you. Tonight's submission is from Jane, aka @phot0bug, let's hear about her process. Thank you so much MobileArtistry for the opportunity to share with you here once more... It is truly an honor as this feed is one of the few places on IG where you find consistently creative talent and enlightening tutorials. This image incorporates some of my favorite apps and techniques. I took this pic with slow shutter. I find a long street to be an ideal setting for this app. I edited it with ArtRage, Remix and MiraCam for painterly effects and texture, selectively blending them in. Laminar and Filterstorm were used for finishing touches.

Tonight's feature was collected by our contributor, Mark @newta123. #MobileArtistry is creative edits, beautiful images, unique perspectives, stellar shots, and happy accidents. For the fastest reply, direct your questions to our admins, @computerjones, @momma2maxh & @yifatash. Thank you. Tonight's submission is from Corey, aka @c_grizz, let's hear about his process. Sometimes I like my edits to be just a little confusing. If you have to stop and linger for a few more seconds to figure out what's going on, then I consider that a victory. So this shot of my son and his friend standing on a fallen tree seemed like a perfect opportunity to play with perspective. Shot on an iPhone 4s. I used the 'rabbit hole' option on Tiny Planet to get the circular tree effect. Then I blended the parts I wanted with the original using Superimpose. To get the tones and the feel I wanted, I used my favorite go to app Mextures. The formula I came up with for this edit is called 'I'll go if you go" and the code is KHMZKJQ. If you plug the code into the formula section and then tap on the picture, it will show you the original for comparison. Thank you Mobileartistry and Mark for the work you do with this account and the opportunity to show my work.

Thank you Mark and MobileArtistry for inviting me here today. When I was young I loved to draw and paint getting lost in my imagination for hours. Mobile Photography provides me with that same kind of escape. All of my images are produced iPhone only and contain my people and my places. No stock photos are ever harmed in the process:) The image that I am sharing today was created using one App #Juxtaposer. It is the first App that I purchased two years ago, and is still my favorite. Process First, I loaded the sunflower photo as a base image. Next, I loaded a photo of my daughter as the top image. After setting the top image to translucent (in order to see both images at the same time) I positioned my daughter over the image of the sunflower forming my basic composition. Next, I alternated between Erase and Unerase, using the tip of my finger, drawing in or erasing parts of the foreground and background, adjusting the size and opacity of my brush as I went. I used a wider brush set at translucent for blending and a smaller, opaque brush for detail. As the final step, I saved my completed image back onto my iPhone and added a filter to pull everything together. Through Galleries like MobileArtistry, I have met so many artists who are willing to share their Apps and tips and tricks and I am extremely grateful.

Tonight's submission is from Marta, aka @alabamawonder, let's hear about her process I want to thank Mark for this opportunity. Is the first time in Mobileartistry and I feel very flattered. Normally I love edit emotions in the photos. depends on my mood. I seek a photo that moves me inside. I like add photos with a sensual tone. and I'm imagining a story while I 'm editing. In this pic I speak of the wounds we all have. not shown when we are on the street but that always accompany us . are there. and is in the privacy of our loneliness or our home where we can watch them "in live". and some wounds are still open . I mean that in the photo. First I use PicsArt. I put photo in black and white with high contrast .clear the floor with a brush to draw and put wall color. (White) .cut and pasted the gaping wound in the back. .then I played with vintage filters PicsArt and snapseed . .painted the wound inside to give depth. . I put the sharpen filter on the left side of the photo. to enhance the detail ( white spots filter. . and also put it around the wound. .on the right side put blur filter to lose detail ( blur ) . .finally, to give better finish, I painted with the brush PicsArt skin ( with different shades of green) .and around the wound and eyes with black color. (I like to make edits with contrast.) .I lowered the tone with the instagram_editor and "That was the final picture."

For the fastest reply, direct your questions to our admins, @computerjones, @momma2maxh & @yifatash. Thank you. Tonight's submission is from Wayman, aka @wstairs, let's hear about his process. First off thanks to MobileArtistry and Will for asking if I would like to be featured, I am very honored to be featured for the second time on this wonderful feed. It is hard to do a complete step-by-step of my edits, because I will do a little here and there, pick it up when I can and work on it some more, but because I made this one especially for MobileArtistry, I tried my best to remember my steps. I shoot all my images with my native iPhone 5c camera. Anything I find interesting or I think I might be able to use later. I have a folder full of my own stock images that I can pull up at any given time. This image started from a picture that I took while traveling back home from our yearly family camping trip. I loved the way the mountains looked so smooth and serene. From there I uploaded the landscape into my favorite app, ArtStudio. Then the fun begins and I can create my surreal dreamscapes, distorting the lines of reality. Layer 1: landscape image - I wanted to smooth out the ground even more and take away some fencing so I used the smudge tool and smoothed away. Then I blurred the sky using the blur tool. Changed saturation levels, and exported into Mextures to add some texture to the image. Layer 2: I erased the head, wings, left arm and partially erased right side from the statue. I didn't like the arm that was there so I created my own that I could stretch out using the existing right arm. Then I added on yesterdays breakfast as a head. Layer 3 - Bunny Mountains: I created these from a texture layer I made awhile back. Continued in next comment...

For the fastest reply, direct your questions to our admins, @computerjones, @momma2maxh & @yifatash. Thank you. Tonight's submission is from Donna, aka @nicedreamwithu, let's hear about her process. Thank you so much for asking me to share a piece of my world. I guess you could say that I am a curator of pieces, of this and that, wings, tortoise shells, blades of long grass, twigs, imperfect flowers, patterns on scarves, pieces of jewelry, anything that I can use to create a dream - a fantasy. To take a rather ordinary portrait and to have it blossom into something unique is what I love to do. I get lost for hours layering patterns, digitally painting my delicate imbalances of life. Warping colors, turning photos inside out, and upside down and then find moments of art that sparkle like Water in the Sunshine. For this particular composite, I started with a color photo of my daughter Kristen dreammmcatcher taken with the iPhone 5. Cropped it in PaintFX and then to PicTapGo for a black and white feel. Using photos of bushes and trees from our yard, I layered the photos in PaintFX, adjusting contrast and opacity. I also added a touch of brown bark to portions of the photo. I brought the photo over to Mextures for a little bit of grit and grain, and some emulsion. I love to collaborate with my daughter. She is my favorite canvas to create on. ArtStudio is my favorite creative app to use, and even though I didn't use it on this particular piece, you will see a lot of digital paintings in my gallery done using ArtStudio. Thank you again for inviting me to share, Mandy.

Thank you! I am really grateful for this feature, thanks to Mobileartistry for choosing my work and a special thanks to Mandy. Well for this "falling man" or "falling marionette" don't know yet eheh, i used 3 different layers with #imageblender. One for the mountains (shooted with phone during holidays), one for the sunset and one for the man. About the sunset and the man i want to thanks again hlonicoleman 's #afroffa, if you don't know this guy check his beautiful shots on his gallery, it's truly inspirational! After i place stripes using #unionapp (thanks to natehill and his #natehilloverlays) I add the ring with the new #matterapp then i did some light correction with #snapseed to make rocks look more on sunset time, in final i add some #mextures layers. Formula code: BDTMTBX - On the Surface. Thanks again

Hi everyone! I want to give a massive thank you to MobileArtistry in particular to Wilma for this opportunity. I have only been taken pictures since I start my gallery in instagram and its been an amazing experience so far, i'm constantly amazed and inspired by the incredible talent of artists like the ones portrayed in this fantastic gallery. Always learning some more. Almost all of my pictures I take with iphone 5 and I edit them very simply with apps like Snapseed, Instasize, Picsart. This picture is very special for me for its personal emotional meaning and because its the first time that I took pictures underwater. I hold my camera closed my eyes and shoot and from the many shots I chose this one. Its very simply edited, I just made it black and white and then changed the filter with the built in filters in Instagram, does all. Thank you so much again.
